Acuvance – Fledge Replacement Rotor Shims – #OP-15128
This is a Fledge replacement motor shim set from Acuvance.
Shim set for FLEDGE rotor.
Please use it during maintenance.
There is a difference in thickness, so please install as shown in the picture and attach it so that you do not make a mistake.
The thin one(1.6mm) is the end bell side and the thick one(2.3mm) is the shaft side.
For rotor replacement and maintenance, please read the instruction manual carefully.
Tighten the screws of the motor case so that the replaced rotor can move about 0.5mm parallel to the shaft. If there is no clearance or if it is too large, the rotor will lock during rotation, leading to damage to the motor.
Please note that defective maintenance may not be covered even during the product warranty period.
This product is a rotor shim set only. Rotor in photo is sold separately.
