The HPI Stage-D10 Flux Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 - is a 1/10 scale, pre-assembled rear-wheel-drive RC drift car with a 2.4GHz radio system and a factory-finished Ford Mustang RTR Spec-5 FD body. Developed specifically for modern RWD drifting, it combines an approachable Ready-to-Run setup with extensive adjustment for drivers who want to develop their skills and tune the chassis over time.
Power comes from a 10.5T sensored brushless motor matched to HPI's programmable FLX-D10 80A sensored ESC. Boost timing, turbo timing, turbo delay, punch, braking and running modes can be adjusted for a more personalised driving response. The low-profile SX-12MGLP steering servo provides 12kg of torque, a 0.093-second response at 60 degrees and metal gearing, while the D-Box3 Pro gyro adds Priority Control Adjustment, Anti-Glitch System and transmitter-controlled gain adjustment.
Features
The Stage-D10 chassis is designed around the balance and steering control needed for RWD drift driving. Adjustable camber, toe, roll centre, camber gain and Ackermann geometry give you plenty of scope to refine the handling. Threaded oil-filled coilover shocks allow ride height and spring preload changes, and the wheelbase can be adjusted between 246mm and 264mm. Shorty battery packs can be positioned in the middle or rear of the chassis, while the gearbox offers more than 100 motor positions and 3- or 4-gear configurations for experimenting with rear weight distribution.
The Mustang body is supplied painted and assembled as a five-piece polycarbonate shell, with moulded mirrors, vents, grilles and light buckets. Magnetic mounting avoids body posts showing through the shell, while conventional mounting options are also included. Colour-matched Aero-5 replica wheels feature 3mm front and 6mm rear offsets, removable rear aerodiscs and harder HDPE T-Drift tyres. The fitted LED system provides headlights, grille lights, tail lights and brake lights, with three selectable modes from the TF-51 transmitter.
Overall dimensions are 460mm long, 200mm wide and 120mm high, with a 255mm wheelbase in the standard configuration. The adjustable chassis may also provide suggested compatibility with other 1/10 scale touring car bodyshells when the mounts and wheelbase are configured appropriately.

To operate the model, you will need a 2S LiPo battery with an XT-60 connector, a compatible XT-60 LiPo charger and four AA batteries for the transmitter. The car's battery and charger are not included, allowing you to select the charging equipment and battery capacity that suit your setup.
